Attestation of Vocational Studies (AVS)
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
The customer service program aims at training first contact personnel in an organization. It will train you to offer direct and personalized services to the clients and encourage the use of the services and/or products supplied, that will keep customers satisfied and eventually keep them loyal to the company.

PREREQUISITES
• Secondary 3 credits in Mathematics and Secondary 4 creditsin English Mother Tongue
and French Second Language
OR General Development Test
OR equivalence as established by the ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport or
the ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old
OR satisfy the admissibility criteria established by the Mesure de la formation de la main-
d’oeuvre d’Emploi Québec
